Great Hill is seeking a Program Manager in Falls Church, VA to support the DHA customer.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support development of policy related to patient affairs and health records
  • Monitor performance, gather data and support quality assurance related to records
  • Conduct analysis of business constraints
  • Support leadership in meetings, working groups and various communications.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of military health system experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Credentials
  • Certifications from AAPC OR RHIA
  • 24 semester hours in health administration OR program management courses
  • Should be familiar with patient administration and health record management
