At OneBridge, we help people make informed healthcare decisions with confidence. As a Seasonal Benefit Specialist, YOU can help make a difference during health insurance open enrollment! You'll guide participants through understanding their Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) benefit and selecting a health plan that fits their needs.
This is a consultative, participant-focused role where success is measured by the quality of support you provide and is not sales focused. Thorough training will be provided upon hire.
What You'll Do

  • Educate customers on the ICHRA benefit and health plan options
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand individual healthcare needs
  • Simplify complex insurance information into clear, easy-to-understand guidance
  • Support customers through the insurance enrollment process with empathy and accuracy
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meeting quality, compliance, and service standards during a high-volume enrollment season

What You Bring

Required

  • Active Health Insurance License; or willingness to obtain licensure prior to start date
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to thrive with multi tasks and priorities
  • Commitment to an inclusive, customer-first experience

*Licensing support program with course and exam reimbursement
Preferred

  • Experience with ACA, Individual market plans, or benefits enrollment
  • Customer service, participant support, contact center, or enrollment support experience
  • Current Health Insurance License

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $25/hour, based on experience and licensure
  • Paid training beginning September 2026
  • Licensing support program including course and exam reimbursement
  • Guaranteed overtime available during peak Open Enrollment (November 1–December 15, 2026)
  • $1,500 licensing bonus for eligible pre-licensing candidates
  • Up to $2,250 fixed-term retention bonus for eligible employees who successfully complete the Open Enrollment Season
