Job description

Description:

We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to manage a book of business with our broker partners and their employer clients. You'll be the go-to expert on ancillary benefits, ben-admin platforms, and the full implementation-to-renewal cycle — keeping clients happy and partners engaged.

Requirements:

What you'll do

•Manage a block of broker clients, serving as their primary point of contact for service and renewals.

•Set up and maintain Benefit Administration systems for open enrollment, new cases, and annual renewals, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

•Act as the technical resource on ancillary lines of coverage for brokers, clients, and internal sales reps.

•Manage all carrier and platform transitions end-to-end, including TPA and Hybrid group integrations.

•Train new group administrators on ben-admin systems during implementation and renewal.

What we're looking for

•Experience in employee benefits, broker services, or insurance account management.

•Familiarity with Benefit Administration platforms (e.g., Employee Navigator, bswift, Ease, PlanSource, or similar).

•Strong understanding of ancillary lines — dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.

•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

•Comfortable with client-facing presentations and travel for on-site meetings.

•TPA or Hybrid group experience is a plus.
