The National Director of Marketing to lead our brand into its next chapter of growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on blending data, design, and storytelling to drive national awareness, engagement, and conversion. The National Director of Marketing will oversee all facets of marketing—from brand strategy and digital campaigns to sales enablement and market intelligence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Define and evolve our national brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop tools, presentations, and messaging that accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Campaign Strategy: Architect and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Digital Innovation: Drive GIS Benefits’ online presence and consistently refresh our website. Oversee web, SEO, email, and social media strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Event & PR Strategy: Lead national event planning, sponsorships, and media relations to amplify brand presence.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable impact.
Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 3+ years in marketing execution, preferably in the employee benefits industry
  • Specific experience and record of success with digital innovation and brand management.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and creative direction
  • Proven success in scaling brand awareness and lead generation nationally
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and performance dashboards
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
