Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we're hiring an experienced in-office (not remote) Office Administrator to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a steady, full time role with consistent work year round and strong earning potential based on experience.

About the Role

As an Office Administrator at Bellows, you'll support daily operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. You'll play a key role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Provide general administrative support to office and field teams
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Manage schedules, appointments, and job coordination support
Maintain and update records in internal systems
Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
