BELLHOP / DUAL-RATE VALET ATTENDANT - Tropicana Laughlin 

If you love connecting with guests, thrive in a fastpaced environment, and enjoy being part of the energy that makes a resort come alive, this role may be your perfect fit.

The Bellhop is responsible for picking up and driving hotel/casino guests and their luggage, to and from the parking areas and Front Valet Entrance. The Bellhop will pick up and deliver luggage to and from guest rooms when necessary.  May also drive to and from various pick-up locations, including airports, bus stops, train stations, other casinos and other destinations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Three or more moths related experience in a casino, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have a 36 month clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, adapts quickly, and thrives in a lively resort environment.

  • Pushing and pulling luggage cart up to 150 pounds to and from guest rooms and vehicles.
  • Lifting luggage weighing up to 100 pounds. 
  • Explaining to guest the features of the guest room and how it operates upon checking in. 
  • Performs related tasks as required.
