Behavioral Therapist

PlayDate Behavioral Interventions, a locally founded and run nonprofit organization in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking energetic and compassionate Behavioral Therapists to work with children with special needs. As a Behavioral Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to implement the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach social, self-help, academic, and living skills to our patients. Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic intervention in scheduled locations in accordance with policies and requirements

  • Engage in play, prompt social interactions, assist with community engagement, and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions

  • Maintain training and necessary certifications

  • Collect data and work with a multidisciplinary team

  • Work with patients one-on-one and in groups to incorporate behavior treatment into their daily lives
