Description:
Hourly salary of $35/hour after successful completion of six-month introductory period.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Shifts Available: Nights and Evenings
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required.
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). 
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
