Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, provide direct supervision to RBTs, collect and analyze data, and support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data
  • Assist in conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to support client progress
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and insurance guidelines
  • Attend team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions
Qualifications:

  • Must be certified as a BCaBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if applicable)
  • Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are a plus
