Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

20262027 School Year

RSU 3 is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 20262027 school year.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, and school staff to support positive student outcomes by developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs).
  • Monitor student progress and maintain all required documentation.
  • Provide consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, educational technicians, administrators, and families.
  • Collaborate as a member of multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Current Maine Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), or ability to obtain.
