Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services to individuals, including skill acquisition training and behavior reduction strategies
  • Collaborate with team members, including Behavior Analysts and other professionals, to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments
  • Provide behavior management strategies and techniques
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements and qualifications:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
  • Experience working within an school setting a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation
