Description
The Beer Server Employee is responsible for performing a variety of duties while properly operating Lagoon's food concession stands in accordance to Lagoon's policies and procedures. Beer Server Employees prepare and serve food and alcohol to Lagoon's guest and follow proper sanitation procedures to keep a clean and orderly work area. The Beer Server Employee will also assist with bussing tables, handling dirty dishes, and general cleaning duties.
This position is seasonal. Seasonal employees perform their work at certain seasons and periods of the year. Their work, by its nature, is not continuous nor is it carried on throughout the year. A seasonal employee who is employed at the conclusion of the season will be terminated.
Requirements
  • Able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours.
  • The Beer Server will pour and serve alcohol to Lagoon guests in accordance to Lagoon Responsible Alcohol Service Plan.
  • The Beer Server will be taking guests orders at food locations and must have the ability to handle cash, operate a cash register, and credit card machine, as well as count back change in accordance to Lagoon's cash handling and cash control policies and procedures.
  • Able to obtain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Seller-Server Certification and follow all State and Federal guidelines as outlined by the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
  • Able to obtain a valid Davis County Food Handler's Permit and to follow all food and safety guidelines as outlined by the Davis County Department of Environmental Health.
