Temporary Beer Servers will support concessions operations at Rice Eccles Stadium and Jon M Huntsman Center during concerts and special events. This position is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all applicable local laws and university policies regarding alcohol sales and service.
Responsibilities
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws, university policies, and venue regulations.
  • Verify customer age and identification in accordance with state alcohol laws.
  • Process payments efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, recognizing signs of overconsumption and refusing service when necessary.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume setting, handling large crowds and long lines.

Minimum Qualifications
