Job description

Company Overview:

For over 20 years, TN HomeBuyers has been Nashville's trusted real estate investment company, helping homeowners sell their houses the easy way — with no stress, no delays, and no surprises. Whether someone needs to sell quickly or simply wants a hassle-free process, we deliver clear, reliable solutions backed by our "Sell Your House the Easy Way" guarantee.

Our mission is to provide honest solutions for homeowners while strengthening the communities we serve. We believe meaningful work comes from solving real problems for real people, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of service, follow-through, and results.

Our team operates under five core values: Team First, Responsibility, Stewardship, Trustworthiness, and Loyalty. These principles guide how we work, how we serve our customers, and how we hold ourselves accountable to the commitments we make every day.

At TN HomeBuyers, we believe great outcomes come from people who take ownership, support their team, and consistently deliver on what they promise.

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Business Development Representative (BDR) manages the post-appointment opportunity pipeline and works to convert seller opportunities into signed contracts.

This role focuses on disciplined outbound follow-up, structured offer communication, and consistent pipeline movement. You are not responsible for generating cold leads. You are responsible for managing active opportunities that require persistence, negotiation, and urgency.

This is a performance-driven role where contract conversions, pipeline progression, and structured communication directly influence company revenue.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Own the post-appointment seller opportunity pipeline and drive deals toward signed contracts
  • Communicate seller offers based on acquisition underwriting and property analysis
  • Execute disciplined follow-up across all assigned opportunities until a clear outcome is reached
  • Advance each opportunity toward resolution: contract signed, nurture track, or disqualified
  • Handle seller objections and negotiate directly with homeowners when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM documentation for all pipeline activity and conversations
  • Identify stalled opportunities and proactively re-engage sellers to prevent revenue loss
Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:
  • Experience managing sales pipelines or follow-up sequences in inside sales environments
  • Comfortable maintaining high outbound call activity when pipeline requires it
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation ability with decision makers
  • Proven ability to maintain structured follow-up across multiple opportunities
  • Organized with disciplined CRM documentation habits
  • Resilient under rejection and able to maintain persistence through extended follow-up cycles
  • Competitive mindset motivated by measurable performance targets
  • Real estate investment, contract negotiation, or distressed property sales experience is beneficial but not required
Compensation:
  • Base salary $40,000 - 50,000
  • On- Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 - $120,000+
  • High performers who consistently convert opportunities into signed agreements will see the highest earning potential.
What do I get?
  • Competitive starting salary with bonus opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid holidays and vacation
  • Retirement plan with a company contribution match
