Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager / Specialist to help build, execute, and optimize our demand generation engine across the full funnel.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for launching and managing multi-channel campaigns, owning marketing automation within Marketing Automation tools (like Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), and translating data into actionable insights that drive pipeline growth.

You will work closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales, and BDR teams to ensure campaigns are targeted, measurable, and aligned to revenue goals, not just lead volume.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment and wants to have a direct impact on pipeline performance.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Marketing Automation

  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns in Pardot, including:
    • Email nurtures and lifecycle programs
    • Landing pages and forms
    • Automation rules and Engagement Studio workflows
  • Manage segmentation, scoring, and lead routing to ensure the right leads reach sales at the right time
  • Partner with content, events, and marketing teams to operationalize campaigns and programs

Targeting & Intent-Driven Marketing

  • Leverage 6sense intent data to identify in-market accounts and prioritize outreach
  • Execute account-based and persona-based campaigns aligned to buying stage and signals
  • Use ZoomInfo for list building, enrichment, and audience segmentation

Pipeline Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Support pipeline generation by driving:
    • MQL volume and quality
    • Conversion rates across the funnel
    • Campaign engagement and velocity
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, audiences, and cadence
  • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and recommend where to adjust spend and focus

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own campaign and funnel reporting, including:
    • Campaign performance and engagement
    • Lead flow and lifecycle progression (MQL → SQL → Opportunity)
  • Build dashboards and provide insights to marketing and sales leadership
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that improve results

Sales Alignment

  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to align on:
    • Target accounts and personas
    • Lead definitions and SLAs
    • Campaign goals and follow-up expectations
  • Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales and help troubleshoot pipeline gaps

Process & Optimization

  • Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and best practices
  • Support data quality initiatives and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to improve systems, workflows, and reporting

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Campaigns are launched on time, properly segmented, and consistently measured
  • Improved engagement and conversion rates across nurture programs
  • Clear visibility into what’s driving pipeline and revenue
  • Increased trust and alignment between Marketing and Sales
  • Data-driven insights that actively influence campaign strategy and performance

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred; Marketo or similar acceptable)
  • Experience building and executing campaigns—not just coordinating them
  • Familiarity with full-funnel marketing and lead lifecycle concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • Marketing Automation Tools
    • 6sense or other intent/ABM platforms
    • ZoomInfo (list building, enrichment)
    • Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience in B2B services, technology, or SMB/mid-market environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Why Join Us

  • Direct impact on pipeline and revenue growth
  • Close partnership with Sales and senior leadership
  • Opportunity to build and scale programs, not just execute tasks
  • Flexible work environment (hybrid or remote options)
  • Room to grow into a more senior demand generation role
