Are you a resilient, goal-driven sales professional looking to jumpstart or advance your B2B sales career? We are expanding our footprint in the Upstate and looking for a high-energy Junior Business Development Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC.
In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our growth, driving new customer acquisition and expanding existing relationships across B2B janitorial, specialty, resale, and facility maintenance services. You'll work closely with leadership, build a solid sales pipeline, and represent our brand at networking events and trade shows across the region.
What You'll Do
  • Hunt & Qualify: Research target markets, identify key decision-makers, and qualify prospective leads from digital campaigns, trade shows, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Build Relationships: Conduct outbound cold calls and set up high-impact, in-person sales appointments to showcase our facility service solutions.
  • Expand Existing Accounts: Partner with current clients to identify growth opportunities and add high-value specialty services.
  • Close Deals: Assist leadership in delivering proposals and closing contracts for new and existing accounts.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Keep our CRM updated, track personal performance metrics, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

What We're Looking For
  • Sales Foundations: Previous experience in route sales, outbound call centers, inside sales, or B2B sales.
