Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivatedย Part-Time Service Cashier / BDC Assistantย to join our Service Department. This is a multi-role position that combines customer service, cashiering, administrative support, and assisting our Business Development Center (BDC) with incoming phone calls.

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced dealership team, weโ€™d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Balance and reconcile the daily cash drawer.
  • Scan, organize, and electronically file repair orders and dealership paperwork.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Assist the BDC by answering overflow calls and helping schedule service appointments.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure completed paperwork is properly filed.
  • Keep the cashier and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from arrival through vehicle pick-up.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, receptionist, cashier, or call center experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
