Avondale Toyota Business Development Center (BDC) Agent

As a BDC we are Avondale Toyota's first line of contact for our guests. You are expected to treat all calls with respect and maintain a high level of professionalism through-out the duration of the call. There are 2 main goals in your role as a BDC agent. The first goal is to provide an exceptional experience to our current guests when they call in and the second goal is to acquire new business for the dealership. Our main objective is to provide an exceptional experience to all those who may cross our path.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls.
  • Set appointments for the service department.
  • Track and route guest to appropriate department, service personnel, or sales personnel.
  • Make outbound phone calls to acquire new service guest and secure service appointments.
  • Maintain professionalism when speaking to all employees and guests.
  • Maintain a call average of 125 calls a day. (Inbound, Outbound, Texting Appts, Email Appts)
  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance by adhering to set schedule.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Adapt to monthly goals set in place by direct supervisor.
  • Set proper expectations for guests requests.
  • Be a team-player amongst your peers.
  • Must be at least 18 Years old.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid Drivers License.
