Job description

Earnhardt Ford in Chandler, AZ is looking for an Automotive Service BDC Associate to join the service team. This role is the first point of contact for customers scheduling maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work, and it plays a direct role in how customers experience the dealership. If you're a strong communicator who follows through consistently and takes ownership of every interaction, this is the role for you.


What We Offer

  • Set weekly schedule: 

    • Monday 8:30am–2pm

    • Wednesday 12pm–6pm

    • Friday 11am–4:30pm

    • Saturday 7am–4pm

What You'll Do
  • Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work across inbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries

  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or declined visits

  • Conduct outbound calls to support service campaigns, maintenance reminders, and customer retention efforts

  • Document customer interactions and appointment details accurately in the CRM/DMS

  • Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure smooth customer handoffs

  • Answer customer questions related to scheduling, service hours, and dealership processes

  • Deliver a professional, consistent experience at every customer touchpoint


What We're Looking For
  • Prior BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred (minimum 1 year)

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone presence

  • Comfortable working with CRM and DMS systems

  • Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups without losing details

  • Self-motivated and dependable with consistent attendance

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
