Joining Location- Initial remote but resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon asked to relocate.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for 7000+ jobs across all applications and environments (including failure reporting).

  • Develop, test, and implement changes, fixes, and BAU functional enhancements to existing jobs and create new jobs if needed.

  • Provide testing support of end-to-end BAU activity for monthly / major releases.

  • Seek opportunities to reduce the number of job failures. Work with the functional team to decommission inactive jobs. Maintain tidiness of the system.

  • Support regular weekly / monthly maintenance activities and planned outages.

  • Support during unplanned outages.

  • Create and run reports in Control-M and ServiceNow for close monitoring of the incidents.

  • Provide support during the audits.

  • Maintain up-to-date support documentation of all jobs.
