We’re excited to offer a contract Solutions Analyst opportunity with one of our top-tier clients in the gaming and hospitality industry. About the Role:
As a Solutions Analyst – Level 2, you'll support and enhance a wide range of front-of-house and back-end applications that keep a high-performing hospitality operation running smoothly. This is more than just support—you’ll be a vital link between business users and IT, helping deliver real results through system integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
This role is perfect for someone who’s technical, collaborative, and excited by the idea of supporting complex, high-volume environments in gaming and hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver hands-on support for essential casino and hotel systems

  • Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to roll out new features, updates, and integrations

  • Help drive efficiency and reliability across systems like LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP parking, Infinium or other critical gaming and hotel platforms

  • Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and keep operations moving

  • Contribute to exciting, high-impact technology projects

  • Communicate across departments to turn business needs into tech solutions

  • Ensure all systems and processes meet compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years supporting casino front-of-house systems (LMS required)

  • Strong understanding of hospitality and gaming operations

  • Experience with systems such as LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP parking, Infinium or other critical gaming and hotel platforms

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration

  • Willingness to work rotating on call shift, or holidays as needed
