The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated, B2B "hunter" to expand our market share across the Portland Metro area. In this field-based role, you will drive growth by delivering reliable, high-quality service solutions to the region's top businesses. You will take pride in your work as you win trust, create tailored programs, and develop long-term partnerships with restaurants, bars, hotels, and healthcare clinics.

What You Will Do
  • Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new accounts in a highly competitive environment.
  • Manage a Pipeline: Maintain the high activity levels required to keep a full pipeline, effectively navigating longer sales cycles.
  • Consultative Selling: Sell value over price by utilizing exceptional listening and questioning skills to advise prospects on the best solutions for their requirements.
  • Territory Management: Work independently from your home office, proactively planning your weeks and mapping out daily routes for maximum impact and efficiency in the field.

Who You Are
  • Proven Closer: You have a solid track record of professional growth and success in B2B sales, particularly selling to business owners and executives (established venues and startups alike).
  • Resilient & Driven: You are a self-starter who is accountable, hard-working, rejection-proof, and motivated by your sales numbers.
  • Industry Knowledgeable: Experience selling commercial laundry services or food/beverage or medical contracts is highly preferred. Familiarity with the hospitality and or medical industry and emerging service trends is a big plus.
  • Organized: You possess exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
