About the Role:

The Bar Manager at Chicken and Beer be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and efficient service. This role requires managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Bar Manager will lead and develop the bar team through effective training and motivation, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with kitchen and service staff to develop innovative menus that align with customer preferences and business goals. Minimum Qualifications:
