The Role

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Bar Manager responsible for overseeing all bar operations, driving beverage program success, and leading staff performance in a fast-paced, high-end dining setting.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5+ years bar management experience required
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-volume teams
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices
  • Experience with scheduling, hiring, and staff development
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
