Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and events
- Set up bar stations according to event requirements and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with legal regulations
- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate beverage service and meet guest needs
- Restock and organize bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
