Job Description Summary
Utilizes specialized expertise gained through experience and/or training to support the management of assigned tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity improvements through collaboration with the team. Aiding in performing comprehensive quality assurance evaluations of associate output, including the identification and correction of inaccuracies. Establishes clear instructions, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with department policies and control standards. Maintains a strong understanding of bank product reconciliation. Engages with internal and external customers to identify, research, and resolve account maintenance issues. Contributes to projects related to operational initiatives, working closely other departments, and external partners.

Bank Product Reconciliation
