Job Description:

  1. 12+ years of experience in IT industry, specialized as QA in web, client/server, and mobile applications testing across diverse industries mainly in ATM Banking domain.

  2. Created multiple Test Strategy, Test Plan, overseeing comprehensive testing activities and delivering detailed reports to management.

  3. Led several Diebold Nixdorf software testing and hardware certification projects

  4. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Waterfall, Agile, and RUP methodologies.

  5. Expertise in ATM hardware/software installation, end-to-end device certification, and configuration.

  6. Skilled in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT and integration testing.

  7. Expertise in Diebold products (Proflex4, Vynamic payment, PC/E,TM & Vynamic View), NFC, EMV, Recycling, Server data migration, , Hardware certification (Hyosung, NCR & Diebold), and ADA testing

  8. Experience on working with different ATM models: Hyosung 2.5, 3.0, 2.1 Mixed media, NCR, Diebold Opteva, Diebold CS, DN series 100, 200v,400v  and Wincor ATM.

  9. Experience on testing various ATM functionality, cash deposit, check deposit, Mixed

  10. media deposit, Transfer, credit card payment, Recycling, Check cashing, Bill payment, Card activation, Teller assisted transactions, Cash Rescan, Remote settlement, Local Settlement

  11. Experienced in crafting SQL queries for ATM backend testing.

  12. Proficient in creating ATM hardware testing scenarios and resolving the hardware errors via SOP functionalities.

  13. Experience in working with network team to set up atm test lab with VPN tunnels and TCP/IP troubleshooting, hardware configurations and transaction middleware sever settings.

  14. Collaborated with several switches for transaction handling and key load testing.

  15. Familiar with UNIX log tracing and defect lifecycle management tools JIRA, HP ALM.

  16. Experience in tools and technologies such as JIRA, HP ALM, confluence, Xray, Bitbucket
