Job Title: Test Lead - Banking Cards Domain
Experience: 6 - 8 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in the Banking Cards domain to lead testing activities and ensure high-quality delivery of applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in functional testing, UAT testing, test automation, and test management, along with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead a team of testers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for banking/cards domain applications.
  • Design and define test strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, ensuring testing best practices and quality standards.
  • Manage defect tracking, triage meetings, and resolution coordination across development and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts in quality management tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to obtain testing sign-offs and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Apply modern testing methodologies such as TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
  • Ensure adherence to Agile testing processes and participate in sprint ceremonies.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Banking Cards Domain Testing.
  • Expertise in Functional Testing and UAT Testing.
  • Experience with Test Management Tools such as:
