What You’ll Do


  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.
  • Manage Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.
  • Promote Digital Banking: Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking, empowering them to manage their finances with ease.
  • Connect Customers to Solutions: Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions.
  • Support Branch Operations: Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness.
  • Professional Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards.
  • Stay Informed: Participate in branch meetings and maintain working knowledge of current promotions and bank services.
