Mortgage Loan Servicing Processor

Full-Time | On-Site | Oconomowoc, WI - Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

As a Mortgage Loan Servicing Processor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Mortgage Loan Operations team by ensuring loan servicing activities are accurate, timely, and compliant. Your work helps keep loan accounts running smoothly from boarding through payoff while supporting both internal teams and our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Board and maintain retail mortgage and consumer loans in the servicing system
  • Review loan data for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Process payoff requests, funds, and satisfactions of mortgage
  • Maintain escrow accounts and support disbursements and analysis
  • Monitor and maintain insurance requirements, including home, flood, and vehicle coverage
  • Process and track insurance changes, cancellations, and required communications
  • Image and organize loan documentation within internal systems
  • Support loan disbursements and daily processing activities
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and non-posted transactions
  • Update loan account information and support automated payment setup
  • Provide responsive service to internal teams and customers via phone and email
  • Assist with additional servicing tasks, reporting, and compliance activities as needed
