We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Senior Director, Head of General Bank Lending Platform, responsible for defining and driving the strategy, governance, and evolution of our loan origination technology ecosystem across consumer, small business, and commercial lending. This highly visible leadership role will own the bank's lending platform strategy, with primary responsibility for the nCino Loan Origination Platform, ensuring it enables business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional client experience.
As a key partner to Lending, Operations, Credit, Technology, Digital, Risk, and Compliance leaders, you'll shape the future of lending by driving modernization initiatives, optimizing platform capabilities, and delivering innovative solutions that support the bank's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Define and Execute Lending Platform Strategy
  • Lead the strategic roadmap and long-term evolution of the bank's loan origination technology platform.
  • Drive platform capabilities across consumer, business, and commercial lending.
  • Establish priorities that align with enterprise growth objectives, operational efficiency goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions to continuously improve lending experiences.

Partner Across Business and Technology
  • Serve as the primary bridge between lending business leaders and technology teams.
  • Translate business strategies into scalable platform enhancements and technology initiatives.
  • Champion platform modernization, workflow automation, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Facilitate governance, prioritization, and executive stakeholder forums to ensure alignment across the organization.

Drive Product Governance and Delivery Excellence
  • Lead the intake, prioritization, and execution of platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of business requirements through strong partnership with technology teams.
  • Advance Agile product management practices, release governance, and performance measurement.
  • Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers.

Strengthen Operational Excellence and Risk Management
  • Ensure lending platforms support efficient, compliant, and well-controlled business processes.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to maintain strong governance standards.
  • Drive improvements in operational efficiency, automation, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support platform resiliency, business continuity, and operational risk management programs.

Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Lead and inspire teams responsible for lending platform strategy and product management.
  • Mentor product managers, business analysts, and platform specialists.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Extensive experience with the nCino platform and related lending technology solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer, commercial, and small business lending operations.
