A Major International Bank in Midtown Manhattan is seeking LBO -AVP in their HQ NYC office.

Job Description

We are looking for someone to be responsible for developing the Bank's M&A finance business, specifically in the LBO and TLB market to support our clientele.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience in DCM within large banking institutions.

ย S/he should have knowledge of different layout structures and financial solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate lending, customer relationship management and be proficient in spreadsheet analysis, ratio calculation and analysis and cash flow projection and analysis.


Qualifications

Specifically, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A and LBO deal structuring and TLB underwriting and participation.

Accounting and corporate analysis skills are required. Sensitivity and scenario testing and analysis skills are also required. Experience in pricing and distribution is a plus.
