POSITION PURPOSE:
The AVP/Banking Center Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, deposit growth, and overall revenue generation within the Banking Center by leading a high-performing, results-oriented sales culture. Serving as a player-coach, this role actively generates new business through community engagement, relationship building, and proactive outbound efforts, while coaching and holding the team accountable to disciplined sales activities, pipeline management, and measurable results. As a key leader within Retail Services, the AVP/Banking Center Sales Manager is accountable for expanding core deposits, increasing market share, and achieving sustained growth across consumer and small business segments, while maintaining a strong customer experience and adhering to all risk and compliance standards.
Full Job Description
The salary range for this position is $70-$95K annually with an enriched variable incentive compensation plan in addition to the annual salary. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
Comprehensive benefits package includes company paid medical, dental, vision, generous company contributions to HSA and 401(k), PTO, and annual bonus eligibility.
