Position Summary
Join our team at FCN Bank and become an integral part of our success story as an Assistant Branch Manager in our Retail Branch Department. We're seeking a dynamic individual who's ready to take on leadership responsibilities in the fast-paced banking industry. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Branch Manager and drive efficient daily operations across all banking services.
Essential Functions
  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of customer service representatives, head tellers, and tellers, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by opening new deposit accounts and providing continuous support.
  • Assist customers with a range of services including debit cards, online banking, and bill pay, ensuring their banking needs are met with excellence.
  • Provide expert guidance to business customers on cash management services.
  • Conduct audits of teller windows amp; cash drawers to maintain operational integrity.
  • Step in to support the teller line when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on performance evaluations, recognitions, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Contribute to achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals through proactive management and oversight.
  • Address customer and employee concerns promptly, including issues related to fraud, ensuring timely resolution and communication with the Branch Manager.
Skills amp; Abilities
Experience and/or Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
