About Us

We are a growing bakery and coffee shop known for high-quality baked goods, custom cakes, and fresh breakfast and lunch offerings. We are expanding our reach and looking for a motivated Bakery Sales Representative to build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, cafs, event venues, corporate offices, and community organizations.
This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, relationship-building, and business development to help bring our products to new markets.
Position Summary

The Bakery Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential partners, presenting our baked goods and catering services, and developing mutually beneficial relationships. This position involves outreach, product sampling, creating and negotiating terms, and coordinating contracts for ongoing orders or catering partnerships.
This is an excellent role for someone who is outgoing, organized, and passionate about helping local businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building & Sales

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (schools, cafs, offices, event spaces, etc.)
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing partners
  • Conduct product sample visits and presentations to demonstrate offerings
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent, professional communication
Business Development

  • Develop creative proposals tailored to each clients needs
  • Coordinate catering packages, bulk orders, and recurring delivery schedules
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
  • Track sales goals and work with management to meet revenue targets
Contracts & Coordination

  • Draft partnership terms, catering contracts, and service agreements
  • Coordinate order details between clients and bakery production team
  • Monitor contract renewals, changes, or expansions
  • Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and client expectations
Brand Representation

  • Represent the bakery professionally at community events, vendor fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain a positive, knowledgeable presence when promoting products
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights on product trends and ideas
