Tuesday-Wednesdays off
WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS MANDATORY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pastry Associate to join our bakery team. This role involves assisting in the production, packing, and organization of a variety of baked goods and customer orders. Candidates must be reliable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with scaling, mixing, baking, and finishing a variety of cakes, pastries, and sweet dough products.
  • Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Decorate donuts, ice danishes, and set up pastry products for display or shipment.
  • Pull items from freezers and refrigerators to prepare for daily production and order fulfillment.
  • Mix frostings and fillings to spec.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Keep accurate inventory of ingredients and finished goods.
  • Unload, move, label, and stack products as needed.
  • Follow all company policies, food safety protocols, and workplace safety guidelines.
Specific Duties:
  • Mix and prepare batters, doughs, and fillings from scratch.
  • Assemble and bake a variety of products including cookies, cakes, brownies and cupcakes.
  • Pull and prep ingredients and products from cold storage.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and appearance of all baked goods.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-volume production environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace and adherence to safety policies.
  • Experience preferred but not required, job training provided.

Must be eligible to work in the Unites States
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days a week including weekends and holidays.
