The Role:

As a Dough Shaper, you will play an integral role in creating the heart and soul of our bakery: great craft bread. This position is perfect for someone who loves the art of baking but is also passionate about contributing to a collaborative and creative environment. Youโ€™ll work alongside our talented baking team to ensure that each loaf, baguette, and roll we produce exceeds our customers' expectations in both flavor and texture.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Dough Shaping: Divide and shape a range of craft bread doughs, following our recipes and processes while maintaining consistency and quality.

Quality Control: Ensure all doughs meet our high standards for shape, texture, and appearance, adjusting as needed to maintain product quality.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the bakery team to ensure smooth operations and timely product availability.

Maintenance: Keep the bakery area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards and regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Be open to learning and experimenting with new techniques, recipes, and ideas to help grow our offerings.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
