Bakery Production Associate
Location: Newport, RI
Company: Co-Dough
Co-Dough is hiring a Bakery Production Associate to join our production team. This position supports the preparation and production of our bakery products while maintaining Co-Dough's standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
  • Prepare products according to Co-Dough recipes, procedures, and quality standards
  • Work across different areas of production as needed
  • Follow daily production plans and complete assigned tasks within required timelines
  • Maintain consistency in product quality, portioning, and appearance
  • Properly handle, store, label, and rotate ingredients and finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Properly use and care for bakery equipment and tools
  • Communicate production, inventory, or quality issues to management
  • Assist with cleaning, organization, restocking, and end-of-day responsibilities
  • Support other members of the production team as needed
