JOB DESCRIPTION

The Mixer is responsible for preparing all cookie dough and batter according to Crumbl recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy for every bake. This role is critical to product quality and directly impacts customer satisfaction and food cost control. Because our menu rotates weekly, this position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new recipes on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cookie dough, frostings, and other bakery products by accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to proprietary recipes.
  •  Operate commercial mixers and bakery equipment while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and texture of every batch through careful monitoring and quality checks.
  • Follow daily production schedules to meet high-volume demand in a fast-paced bakery environment.
  • Maintain ingredient inventory, restocked supplies, and properly stored products to preserve freshness.
  • Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and workstations between batches to comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with bakery team members and managers to support efficient production and ensure timely preparation of products.
  • Must be able to lift and handled ingredient bags and mixing bowls weighing up to 50 pounds while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills, including accurately working with fractions, decimals, and measurements to ensure precise ingredient preparation and recipe consistency.

  • Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred, not required
