Job Summary
As a Bakery Mixer, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will operate and maintain industrial mixing equipment to combine ingredients for a variety of baked goods and other food products. Your attention to detail and expertise in bakery operations will ensure the consistent quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor industrial mixing equipment to blend ingredients for breads, pastries, and other baked items.
  • Recipe Adherence: Measure and add ingredients accurately according to established recipes and production specifications.
  • Maintenance & Sanitation: Perform routine maintenance and deep cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the mixing process and immediately report any deviations to production supervisors.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area in strict compliance with food safety and GMP regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify process improvements and increase overall efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience working in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in operating industrial mixing and food processing equipment. Forklift certification is preferred.
