We take pride in consistency, craftsmanship, and providing our customers with products they'll come back for. We're looking for an experienced baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and has a passion for producing exceptional baked goods.


Position Summary

The Baker is responsible for daily bakery production, maintaining product quality and consistency, and working collaboratively with the bakery team to produce fresh baked goods for our café and wholesale customers. This role requires hands-on baking experience, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, muffins, scones, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
  • Ensure products meet quality, appearance, and consistency standards.
  • Mix, shape, bake, decorate, and finish products as needed.
  • Follow daily production schedules while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Properly rotate, label, and store ingredients and finished products.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate ingredient or supply needs.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with training new team members when needed.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure daily production goals are met.
  • Help develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.


Qualifications

  • Previous professional baking experience required (2+ years preferred).
