General Purpose and Summary of Job: The Operations Support Manager provides day-to-day operational support for the 550 Schrock Road location. This role partners with Service Managers and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling, follow-up, reporting, office workflows, inventory, facilities, tools and equipment, purchasing, and fleet administration. The position promotes consistent processes, timely communication, accurate information, and efficient service delivery across the Columbus region.

Essential Functions of Job:


  • Support Service Coordinators
  • Ensure jobs are scheduled in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper follow ups are completed (Parts In, Completed Estimates, Hold Jobs)
  • Implement and refine processes and procedures to increase efficiency 
  • Support Service Managers 
  • Daily, weekly & monthly reporting for Service Managers and Service Coordinators (job performance, technician productivity, revenue, hold jobs)
  • Oversee email accounts for signed estimates- ensure they are handled in a timely manner
  • Manage Concur Platform for all PO's for 550 Schrock Rd.
  • Manage Sage Platform (Issue/approve PR's)
  • Support recruiting, onboarding and training of office personnel
  • Oversee inventory at 550 Schrock Rd
  • Oversee Building Maintenance & Repairs at 550 Schrock Rd 
  • Oversee Tool & Equipment Management at 550 Schrock Rd
  • Support management in budgeting, forecasting and operational planning 
  • Oversee Azuga- Columbus Region
  • CarIQ Management- Columbus Region 
  • Assist other regions with fleet management as needed 
  • Other operational duties as assigned by President of Services 


Requirements

Work Environment:


This position may require working additional hours when dictated by the demands of the customer. Must be able to work both alone and with others across the organization, as well as outside the organization using telephones and computers. Requires constant verbal communication that can be either face to face or through telephone/computer. Noise levels for this position are moderate, this position is located in an office environment with occasional trips to the shop necessary.
