Job description

Company Overview:

SCATR โ€“ THE DATA CAMOUFLAGE COMPANYโ„ข

Born from warfighter requirements and inspired by the animal kingdomโ€™s natural defense mechanisms, we developed patented, quantum-resistant Data Camouflageโ„ข technology for data in motionโ€”safeguarding enterprises and the individuals who depend on them.

The STUNโ„ข security platform empowers organizations to proactively secure data in motion across untrusted networks, providing data obfuscation, resiliency, and quantum-proof security. Our patented, quantum-resistant Data Camouflageโ„ขย technology allows enterprises to secure their data in motion across the worldโ€™s most hostile environments, addressing a critical gap in Zero Trust security architectures that often focus on protecting data at rest (ZTN) and data in use (ZTNA).

We integrate with global providers like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Equinix to enhance our placement and access, offering true edge to enterprise solutions.

SCATR is Zero Trust Transitโ„ข security for dataย in motion.

Job Overview:

SCATRโ„ข is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Commercial Sales to lead our commercial sales efforts and drive the expansion of SCATRโ€™s patented Data Camouflageโ„ข technology solutions within enterprise markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing commercial sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target enterprises to position SCATRโ„ข as the preferred partner for data security solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Define sales goals, forecasts and performance metrics while aligning the commercial sales strategy with SCATRโ€™s overall business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets, guiding the teamโ€™s focus on sectors that can benefit from SCATRโ€™s Data Camouflageโ„ข technology.
  • Solution Selling: Lead the team in delivering a consultative, solution-based sales approach, ensuring SCATRโ€™s technology aligns with the unique needs of each enterprise customer.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product evolution and to tailor messaging that resonates with the commercial market.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Oversee contract negotiations with large enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnership agreements.

Why SCATR?

  • Innovative Solutions: Be part of a team that is revolutionizing the data security space with cutting-edge technology.
  • Leadership Opportunity: Lead the commercial sales strategy and contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding company.
  • Growth Potential: SCATR offers opportunities for personal and professional development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary and bonus structures.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align sales initiatives with broader business goals, while adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
