Job description

Description
We are looking for several fast-paced, detail-oriented Property Inspectors to inspect vacation rental properties along the Emerald Coast. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like TV remotes, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also verify that each property contains all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs if detected during an inspection. Larger maintenance issues and other important findings will be communicated to the appropriate departments upon completion of your inspection.
RealJoy 30a is currently hiring for 1 full-time seasonal position and 2 part-time regular positions for this role.

This is a full-time position located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs.
Weekend work is required.
