Job description

WHO WE ARE:

Aviva Health is a dynamic and mission-driven federally qualified health center (FQHC). Committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services, Aviva Health offers a holistic approach to care, addressing patients' medical, behavioral health, dental, and social service needs. As a vital healthcare resource in the community, Aviva Health fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment where dedicated healthcare professionals have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. Join us at Aviva Health and be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and the community we serve.

POSITION PURPOSE:

If you are a Master's Level Behavioral Health Provider who is passionate about making a positive impact in your community, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

At Aviva Health, you’ll be valued as a vital member of a collaborative and compassionate care team. You will have the opportunity to serve individuals and families across diverse backgrounds — including those who are underserved — while working in an environment that supports professional growth, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

We are seeking licensed clinicians who are confident in their clinical skills, committed to evidence-based practice, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving the health and well-being of our community.

DESCRIPTION:

The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.

You’ll work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from an accredited counseling, social work, or psychology program; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the Board; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.
  • Current and active Oregon licensure as a CSWA, PCA, or MFTA (required by first day of employment)
  • Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

Accepted Licenses:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and (CSWA)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and (PCA)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and (MFTA)
  • Psychologist

Why Choose Aviva Health:

  • Your Choice: 4-day or 5-day work week — Fridays required
  • No Weekends – No On-Call Rotation
  • $10,000 Signing Bonus!
  • Monthly Cell Phone Stipend: $1,020 annually
  • Incentive Pay: Earn up to an additional $10,000 per year
  • Amazing Health Benefits featuring employer-covered deductibles
  • Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for You and Your Family
  • $2,500 annually for Continuing Education (CE) + 40 hours Paid CE Time-Off to use to attend trainings
  • Up to $1,500 annually for Licensure, Fees, & Dues
  • Access to Federal Loan Repayment Programs (NHSC eligible)
  • Relocation Assistance Available
  • Generous Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • Retirement Plan with Employer Match
  • Company-paid Malpractice, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Work-life Balance as a Blue Zones participant

Located in beautiful Douglas County, Roseburg offers an unmatched quality of life. From scenic rivers and waterfalls to nearby mountains and the Pacific Coast just an hour away, this region is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
