About the Opportunity:

Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to take on the role of Aviation Warehouse Representative. This role offers a unique chance to engage with aircraft components and materials in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and compliance of aviation distribution operations. Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming aircraft and engine parts for accuracy and condition.
  • Verify documentation against purchase orders and shipping records.
  • Perform visual inspections and review traceability documents.
  • Enter inventory data accurately into the inventory management system.
  • Label, store, and organize aviation inventory.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support warehouse projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in the aviation aftermarket or USM (Used Serviceable Material) industry.
  • Forklift certification and operating experience.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably Avsight.
  • Knowledge of ASA requirements for aircraft parts and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
