Precise Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Management Specialist to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) management and technical services in support of Airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring lifecycle sustainment planning and logistics integration for systems such as the ALQ-218(V)2, supporting the mission effectiveness of key naval aviation platforms. This position plays a critical role in supporting sustainment planning, maintenance strategy, and logistics execution, while working closely with engineering teams, the Fleet Support Team (FST), and program stakeholders.
This role requires in-person support
Duties:
  • Perform comprehensive ILS planning, analysis, and execution.
  • Evaluate program support requirements to ensure alignment with operational, design, and sustainment needs across all ILS elements.
  • Provide end-to-end logistics support for sustainment of airborne EW systems, subsystems, equipment, and components.
  • Collect and analyze maintenance and workload data in coordination with engineering leads and the FST to identify readiness drivers and optimize support strategies.
  • Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and manage Logistics Product Data (LPD) to support operational, design, and supportability requirements in line with current DoD directives.
  • Support development, analysis, and modification of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs).
  • Analyze ILS-related data to assess adequacy of current planning and identify areas for improvement in compliance with DoD lifecycle acquisition frameworks and milestone review criteria.
  • Collaborate with AEA engineering leads and the Fleet Support Team (FST) to collect and analyze maintenance, workload, and performance data for EW systems.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations for optimizing repair and maintenance activities for critical aircraft weapon systems.
  • Provide recommendations for repair and maintenance approaches to sustain critical aircraft weapon systems and associated platforms.
  • Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and manage Logistics Product Data (LPD) to support operational, design, and supportability requirements in line with current DoD directives.
  • Support development, analysis, and modification of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs).
  • Prepare, assemble, and review logistics documentation packages in compliance with DoD acquisition and milestone review processes.
  • Execute comprehensive ILS planning and assessment aligned with the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements.
  • Maintain and update system technical documentation for airborne systems and subsystems.
  • Recommend procurement strategies and support logistics services to ensure appropriate provisioning across maintenance levels.

Required Education:
  • High school/vocational school degree or GED certificate.

Required Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in DoD logistics or ILS management.
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle, sustainment planning, and logistics directives (e.g., DoDI 5000 series).
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical data, maintenance records, and forecasting tools and in developing logistics documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Naval Aviation systems, particularly EW platforms and subsystems.
  • Familiarity with ALQ-218(V)2, ALQ-99, and/or ALQ-240(V)1 systems.
  • DAWIA certification in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • NAVAIR or Naval Aviation logistics experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
