Job description

Amentum is seeking a Fuel Manager for multiple OCONUS locations contingent upon award. The Fuel Manager oversees the reception, distribution, and storage of all fuel supplies. This position requires five years of experience managing fuel and a comprehensive understanding of fuel management, especially in aviation.

Essential Responsibilities * Manage the reception, distribution, and storage of fuel supplies. * Monitor fuel supplies and maintain a countrywide Fuel Program. * Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required * Extensive experience in fuel management, particularly aviation fuels. * Required clearances: SECRET security clearance at contract start, appropriate clearance within eight months. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands * Work may involve monitoring fuel facilities and handling logistical challenges.

* Mental demands include strategic planning and risk management.
