Requirements:

Must be able to work all days and all shifts. Travel to company training facility in Tupelo, Mississippi may be required on initial start-up.

About us:

Airport Management Solutions is an FBO management and consulting company. AMS and its affiliate companies have locations in Tennessee, North Carolina, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Mississippi. AMS manages Fixed Base Operations to include fueling and hangaring general aviation and military aircraft and provides ground services for Part 91 and 135 operations. AMS has handled Air Force One on several occasions as well.


About the role:

The CSR at Barkley Regional Airport will report to the FBO Manager. This position will be responsible for running transactions, inputting data, providing pilots and crew with amenities, and other responsibilities delegated by the FBO Manager at the Four Rivers Aviation FBO. Training will be provided at company location in Tupelo Mississippi and/or at the Four Rivers Aviation FBO.


Responsibilities:


· Make coffee daily on multiple occasions, and provide any others services as needed

· Provide customers with rental cars, crew, cars, hotel/restaurant recommendations

· Answer telephones and radio calls

· Maintain the cleanliness of the FBO

· Run transactions in the Avfuel hub and possibly QuickBooks.

  • Other responsibilities given by FBO Manager

Candidate requirements:

· Positive attitude at all times with a willingness to serve others

· Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening

· Valid State Driver's License with good driving record

· Good mechanical aptitude a plus

· Pilot License or any other Aviation or Business background a plus
