Job description

We are looking for a motivated, positive individual to supervise a FBO customer service/concierge team. Wisconsin Aviation is a full-service FBO providing services to our customers in the exciting field of general aviation. This front desk team welcomes customers and visitors with a smile! As the supervisor you manage this team of professionals who provide a wide breadth of services to internal and external customers. The supervisor oversees shift operations, training, development and employee relations.
Minimum 3 years working experience in aviation and 2 years working experience as a supervisor/lead in customer service is required. Our operations are 24/7 and your hours will cross-shifts and vary based on demands. The position will require some weekend and holiday availability.
